This program has been great for me for joining clips - very fast. Problem is if I have a series of clips and one clip is 10 seconds or less in duration, the following clip loses about 4-6 seconds of its initial footage.
Has anybody else had this problem? I've emailed Boilsoft and zero response. I wonder if its my PC. I have an old one - PIII, 500mhz with 384 RAM.
Again, the resulting joined file always looks good unless I have a short clip in it. Any help out there would be great. Thanks.

Try using a different program. Maybe check this post:

If you still have troubles, maybe upload the clip(s) and I could try to do it for you and send it back. -
Hi
We try to educate people here by giving advise & helping out as much as possible without actually doing the work for them, it is very kind of m93 to offer his services, but if I were you, I would decline this & go through the many guides here on VideoHelp.com, this is ultimately the way you will learn for your self, & get satisfaction for your efforts.
