Trying to reencode a WMV (codecs: WMV1, WMA2) to MP4 (H.264, AAC-LC) using XVID4PSP so I can play them on my PS3. My encoding settings for video is X264 HQ Ultra. Right when I MUXING step it dies with an ERROR: Access is denied message. I can play the WMV file just fine with Windows media player. I’m not sure what more information to give to help out cause I’m not even sure what the error message means. Google hasn’t been helpful with this… Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well It looks like I found my answer for Handbrake...
http://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=8497 -
well u can also set the settings on xvid4psp to bluray and choose any other settings u want. in the end u will have a bdmv folder but all u really want is the m2ts file anyway. just rename the "00001.m2ts" file to whatever u wish. after that you can either copy it over to the ps3 or just stream it
. this is what i do and i havent had a file that hasnt played it
. hope this helps.
