    Im sure this question has been asked before, but searching through all the old posts takes forever.. My question is, what is the best program to fix an audio sync program..I.E.- I have an avi video where the sound is off by about a second or two.. would like a program to adjust sound kind of like the subtitle programs I use wher you can shift it by so many milliseconds.. Thanks much..

    avidemux, open video, under audio change the time shift value, save as a new avi,mkv,mp4 etc.
