    Not too likely that someone here would want to do it for you, but advice is free. What format is the video in at present? MediaInfo or Gspot should tell you.

    Most of the time a dark video has very little detail available in the dark areas, and making it lighter won't help much. You should be able to lighten it up during playback with a program like VLC Media Player if you choose "Tools>Extended Settings>Video Effects'. If you can't improve it much there, it's unlikely you can do it with software.

    But VirtualDub (Mod) is a good choice as it has a few hundred filters available and it's freeware.

    All those programs are freeware, so the only cost is your time.
