I have heard that you could select DVD Ripping to INTERNAL and then selecting half of the chapters to encode to specify a location for the first CD to end (generally the cut off point is during a spoken sentence, as DVD2SVCD seems to just get the middle of the movie and cut there).
Anyway I did this. Going up to chapter 18, it turned out to be around 55 minutes. When I finished encoding, there were TWO bin/cue files: one being the full 800 mb and the other around 1 mb completing the last few seconds of the last chapter. Why didn't DVD2SVCD change the bitrate so the 55 minutes would fit onto the 800 mb disc? Thanks in advance.

Err well this is isn't exactly a ripping question, more along the lines of fixing some option in the encoding section of dvd2svcd..... Oh well.
