I have an Hp Laptop which came with a videocam, using the included Hp Mediacam software, the video cam is almost realtime, using Yahoo IM, the video movements are terrible, what's the best way to have video as close to realtime as possible? And is there a full screen option? Also, what's the best way to do all of this with a 2-way video communication between my videocam and someone else on the net please like family members or friends?

For final question = what ever you want ... yahoo messenger, windows msg, ect
On laptop = realtime ... that's obvious
Now as for the main issue it all comes down to communication bandwidth provided to you via your current isp ... the higher the speed the better the results.
All you can do to improve video chat is to lower the kb maximum upload the video chat will use.
