Hey,
I am promoting a bodybuilding event early in 2011 and need some help with a video question. The show will be videotaped and I want to have a monitor backstage and a monitor in the main hallway (Each monitor would be about 250' from video camera) showing the videocam image. What is the best way to get the videocam image to the monitors?
Please be gentle as I am limited in my video experience, so any help with device names, brands, models, or places I can purchase the equipment is very much appreciated. Mark

You might try some type of wireless video transmitter/receiver system like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Transmitter-Receiver-Infrared-Extender/dp/B000GJKV9A
Radio Shack also has similar.

This type of units are used at Barefoot Waterskiing competitions for ship to shore communications. Video taken from the boat can be displayed on shore.
Best wishes,
