    I have two video files I am trying to view on the creative zen, that one file the audio becomes out of sync with the video and the other works fine. The difference between the two is that one file is cbr and the other is vbr. The vbr file is the one that plays fine. Is there a quick recode from cbr to vbr. Thanx all.

    avidemux, under video choose copy, under audio choose an audio codec and set it to vbr, convert, done.

    But I don't think it's the cbr audio that cause the sync problems...
