Just bought a used Dell off E-bay and before reinstall I noticed it had a 60G hard drive. After reinstalling (used genuine XP home disk), my hard drive is only 6G now. It appeared there was a couple different partitions when formatting and i deleted one and the other one disappeared after I deleted the larger one. This is what I have:
Dell Dimension E310
2.8 P4
512 ram
60 gig hd
As far as I can tell all hardware is stock and came directly from dell. Could this be a bios issue or something?
Thanks for any help!

Right click "My Computer", select "Manage", then select "Disk Management" in the left hand window.
All the information about your hard drive should appear, you can check how it is partitioned or if there is any unused space.
