How would i use TMPGEnc to creat this to a vcd in widescreen

What would be the settings that i have to make in TMPGEnc. Please give details. Thanks for your time. Matt

First open your AVI in VirtualDub and select Save WAV, then load the WAV in WinAMP and convert it to Uncompressed WAV.
Then run TMPGEnc, open the Original AVI as Video Input, then the WAV as the Audio Input, then load the VCD NTSC Film Template.
Go into Settings / Advanced, change Source aspect ratio to 16:9 Display, and video arrange method to Full Screen (keep aspect ratio 2).
