Looking for a good Camcorder for taping night races

Hi all,

I am looking for a good Digital Camcorder to video tape races. I need something that works good at night and can handle fast action. My down side is I am on a budget, I am hoping to find some for less the $400 on ebay that will do the job and give me the best results. I have been trying to do research on it but all the different formats are just causing me to get confused. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited.

Choices are limited at that low of a budget, but...
