Can't Click Destination Folder in Xilisoft Video Cutter

Hi everyone, I searched my subject line and didn't find an answer so if this topic has been discussed, i am sorry to make you read more. Anyway, my problem is this: Xilisoft Video Cutter the program I am using to cut a file comes up with a little of the bottom cut off like from about half of the destination folder on down however far it goes. And then it even gets covered up by the taskbar, and when I try and move the program up to where i can see the destination folder line the program is automatically pulled right back down. I have had other programs do this, though I cannot remember which ones. I have tried to change the resolution and the smaller I make it the that gets cut off. I appreciate any responses. I never would have thought I was the only one on videohelp that has ever had this happen, but I guess thanks anyway. -props
