subtitle and movies on demand

hi . I have website for movies stream .

Now I can watch movies on my Computer with subtitle Without burning subtitle with my movies . All I need is give the sub and movie One name . and its work fine . BUT this is only on PC .

What about if i use this method on my site ? Is it possible to do something like that on my web server ?

Is there any way or script can do that ?

I need this Because I am tired from burning subtitle with my movies .

How are you playing the movie from your site? Flash? wmv? mov?

I have seen wmv/asf streaming media with switchable subtitles.

JW Flash player has subtitle support, read http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?thread=8533 and http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?thread=10893 . Use subtitle workshop to convert to convert srt to xml.

subtitle workshop does not have Option to convert from srt to xml ,
I found all the list but xml is not there

can you help with that ?
