    The site might mention Vers 2.52, but the features and download currently refer to vers 2.51.
    Will probably be upgraded over the next day or two.

    I downloaded TMPGEnc-2.52.34.129.zip from there a few hours ago. I can't see a significant speed difference, but I haven't tested it much.

    - Improved compatibilities, some AVI file were not able to be read.
    - Fixed bug : it was not able to recognize the length of AVI2(OpenDML)file.
    - At max number of frame of GOP, TMPGEnc now take the following into consideration.
    "3:2 pulldown when playing", "Opposite 3:2 pulldown"
    - Improved framerate display at MPEG setting dialog when "3:2 pulldown"is chosen.
    - At Merge(Cut) of MPEG tools, if there is any error, it shows the detail of the error.
    - If an MPEG-2 file is selected at Project Wizard, it obtains field order info from the header of the file.

    People report a 10 % speed increase only on Athlon XP and P3 (!)

    They are the same people claiming that 251 registered is faster 251 unregistered.

  7. Well, I have a Athlon and I don't notice any speed difference. It's just as slow/fast as always.

    Any idea what that patch is? I don't like executing unidentified .exe's on my system...and my Japanese is not as good as it could be!

    First, cracks ain't good for our forum
    secondly, with opera and Ie 5 ain't possible to load the page.
    Use ie6 and you will end up to a page...
