FLV - Unreconized format

I figuered out how to encode with ffmpegX but now I can't open the .flv files I just created. The VLC-player says_ "unrecognized format" - Whats wrong?

[Case]

I can not replicate this with ffmpegX 0.0.9y w/ flvtool2 and VLC 0.9.8a.

Please post the Process Information log, accessible by pressing the blue "i" in the ffmpegX Progress window. Maybe we can find some oddities in there.

I have a similar error trying to convert from .flv format.
