capture stuck when connecting my mindv

hello all,

recently i got a problem when connecting my minidv cam (Sony trv-19)via firewire the computer will freeze untill i switch off the camera it says dv camera disconnected when i connect it again it goes forever saying loading device %70 and nothing happens i tried to capture using many software like ulead, wmm and powerdirector but the same happens in all. I did virus and adware scan and still having same problem, any ideas please..Thank you

In C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, locate these files and report back their version, date, size information. If you have another PC, compare them and copy those to your problematic PC (make backup copies first):
