good picture movie maker

Im currently using preclick photo movie maker but they want $20 for a code to burn it. are there any freeware, or software I could find, that will burn your compilation after your done? Id like as many picture formats as possible.

Can you actually output a video (and not a pmm file) ?

If so, there are plenty of free options to create DVDs or output other formats.

For general encoding I like Xvid4PSP. For DVD look at DVD Flick or FAVC amongst others.

Im only able to produce a pmm file but there is an option for an unlock code($20) to grant access to transfer to dvd.

If you want to do anything else with it, you will have to pay. The $20 is basically paying for an mpeg-2 encoding license and a burning add-on.

Have a look at Photostory 3 (free from Microsoft) or DVD Slideshow GUI as freeware alternatives.
