Playing only sound from MMS stream

There is a music TV channel online, but to save bandwidth, I would like to play only the sound stream, and ignore video. Is it possible ?

I doubt that. But if you try lower the Connection speed under Performance in Windows media player settings you might get a mms stream with lower bitrate.

But now I am having a problem with recording: I am using SDP MUltimedia, and it does not have a setting for max bit rate.
