Hello, I recorded a video of my own screen using BSR Screen Recorder 4, I saved the file and was able to watch it a couple of times...
The thing is that the file somehow changed from its size to 0kb... and I have NO idea how to fix this. I've been trying several file recovery software to try and see if it would fix my .avi file.
I have no clue on how to fix this, please help me. I'm 100% noob on video/audio files and stuff.

You didn't give a lot of detail about saving. I suggest you make sure you rename the file when you save it (or afterwards) and move it to a different folder. I don't use the software. The only explanation I can think of is that if you keep the default name, next time you put the recorder in capture mode it automatically resets the default file (which will be zero until you record).
It sounds like your file is gone for good. If it's 0 KB then file recovery software is trying to recover nothing! File recovery software will only recover a deleted file; it cannot recover deleted file content.
