dvd+r, dvd-r recommendation?

what is the best dvd media out their with the best quality to burn movies?

EX: encoded video files ,.avis

Start read www.nomorecoasters.com if you want good media. But if you want good video quality then you need a good video source and a good dvd converter, just the dvd media wont help with that.
