I've searched the internet for any information about Hasbro's software and only one person on Amazon.com has said that there is an update available for Windows that will allow you to install this software on your computer whenever you have problems like I have. Anyone who reads this post and knows ANYTHING about VideoNow Media Wizard and what will correct failures of the installation for Windows XP please respond. I have an earlier post that shows the actual message after trying to install it. Hasbro has been ASBOLUTELY NO HELP, why because they say it's no longer made and they don't offer support other than trying to uninstall and reinstall it. Everyone on VideoHelp.com says how GREAT it is, well how about helping people get it installed on their computers ?
