Hi all,
I am searching for a multimedia hard disc which can play my avi videos from my Panasonic with the DV-codec. I don't want to convert to any other format, because I will reduce than the quality of the videos and I lost the option, to copy the videos back to tape.
Or is there an other option, to play DV-codec material on TV (not from tape)?
many thanks
sigmaflex

I play them
1. From DV camcorder to S-Video.
2. From HDV camcorder to analog component or HDMI.
3. From PC via Canopus ADVC-100 to S-Video.
4. From PC via display card to analog component or HDMI.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

I purchased it in july of this year. After 15 minutes tests, back to the merchand ! Lot of lost frames and presence of artefacts.

Hi Benoit,
what Camcorder do you have? Did you connect the camcorder to the disk or did you copy your clips via USB to the disk?
regards
Sebastian
