I have a pen that records avi. video. But when I try to play the file, Windows Media Player play only the audio w/ a blank screen. when I open it in Quicktime, the video is ruffled.
Where can I find the codec that I need?

Start by determining which codec is used. Try Media Info or G-Spot.
Did this pen come with a disc ?Read my blog here.

No disc or anything included.
So once I figure out what codec to use, how do I obtain them? Is there a bank of codecs to go to?
Thank you -
