Is there a way to do this? I want to output files bigger than this. Even though it splits them, it is not seemless, joining them makes a glitch in middle.

If you are authoring your videos to DVD format, a DVD-5 is about M, so I'm not sure what your problem is with TMPGEnc. M sounds like about the right size. If you could author a larger size DVD, it's unlikely you could burn it successfully to a DVD-5.
If you are authoring to DL DVD, then that's different.
But someone here may have a way to increase the max size with TMPGEnc.
