  1. I'm using TMPEnc to encode my DivX's to VCD format (and mix the extracted audio), and the mpeg's play back fine on my PC. After I burn them to CD, the picture is fine but the speed of the playback seems to slow down, then speed up again. I've tried burning with both EZ CD Creater 5 as well as Nero, and at slowest speed too. I'm using a silver CD-RW, 'cause they're the only surface that my DVD player will read. Is the problem actually some faults through the mpeg file, is there a way I can optimise the code in the file?
Or what else could it be? Anyone? I'm stumped....

I did a search using the search link above, here's one of about 30 posts on this topic.

  3. Okay, thanks heaps! I've now got M2-edit 4.0, but you can only use 10secs of video. Anyone got a crack out there for this one?

If you don't have the full version of the software, there are some good "free" apps available too.

You could mux with BBmpeg. BBmpeg is a very good muxer. The guide to that is here http://www.vcdhelp.com/bbmpegedit.htm

You can also use Philips' VCD 2.0 Tool Kit
RFontenot wrote some good info about it here

and you can get the toolkit here http://icdia.org/sw_pc/vcdtools.html

The owners of the site will get pissed by you asking for warez and cracks. So I wouldn't do it. They could also shut down the site and that would suck. But if u want something bad enough, spend a little time searching, it'll most likely turn up.
