Change speed on a clip in Premiere?

Hi all!

I'm quite new to all this video editing stuff, but i am trying to learn it, cause i need to put a snowboard movie together.
- then i was wondering.. What do i do when i want some seconds in a clip to be either slowmotion or speed it up?

I use Adobe Premiere Elements 7.

I don't use Premiere Elements but I do use Premiere, have for years. It should be similar. Basically, you can right click on the clip and choose speed/duration and adjust it to what you want.

I clicked on the link and it works for me.
The tutorial shows how to use time remapping to slow down, speed up, and reverse a clip.

Oh, it worked in IE. Thanks will try to see if i can figure it out in Elements 7, it doesn't look completely the same as on the video.
