Need to remove some static from a recording for funeral

Hi,

Sorry to make such a request, but my grandmother just passed away and I'm putting together the music for her funeral. I've found a decent version of one of her favorite songs, but it has some static.

is there any way that anyone could quickly try to enhance the sound quality for me?
