My dad recently brought home a Panasonic DV-C503 and when I opened the box, to my surprise it was a Panasonic DV-C603 5 disc changer. I guess someone at Costco fucked up when they were restocking it or something. However, it doesn't seem to play SVCDs. Also, I looked for it's compatibility but I couldn't find this particular DVD player. I found one that is very similar in the name (Pioneer DV-C603D), but it still isn't the same 5-disc changer. Someone tell me if this is supposed to be compatible, or should I just go take it back?

Okay, I notice that I can get it to play SVCDs sometimes when I screw around with it enough, how can I set it to always do PBC play?
