    Can FFMPEG generate .WMV files with WMV9(WMV3) video and WMA9.2 audio? If so, what would be
    the command line to generate one with video: bitrate 600K and audio: bitrate 32k and sample of 48k?

    I have searched high and low... I think I am more confused now than when I started this quest...

    Thanks, I thought not... further digging, it will DEcode but not ENcode WMV9. Well, we can always hope for an updated build that supports VC-1!!

    Im using NIC's WMEncode, works much better than WME. I was however, looking for a command line solution for a batch processor.

    What about MENCODER? Can it encode WMV9?? I am also researching that...
