    Hi there,

I'm trying to convert a bunch of Real Movie files (.rm) to use on my Ipod Video. I've installed the reallib files a documented elsewhere on the forums and when I drag one of the .rm files into ffmpegx it now recognises the file. However, when I go to convert the file using MPEG4 (.AVI) (mencoder), with the all the default settings, I get the following error:

Opening video decoder: [realvid] RealVideo decoder
Read the RealVideo section of the DOCS!
Error: dlopen(/Library/Application Support/ffmpegX/reallib/drvc.so, 1): no suitable image found. Did find:

Audio format 0x72706973 is incompatible with '-oac copy', please try '-oac pcm' instead or use '-fafmttag' to override it.

I'd really appreciate some help here if anyone know why I'm getting this issue please.

    Many thanks.

    Cheers!

BTW - I'm attempting to do those on an Intel iMac. I got the necessary codecs from the MPlayer website as instructed. This is the view in ffmpegX:

0x72706973 (rasiprmac) audio doesn't seem to have the same support as other audio codecs in .rm files. Actually, I haven't seen such as .rm file before. Can I download such a .rm file from somewhere, to do some tests?
The hints given are for the command line, I doubt the current ffmpegX GUI can overcome it...
Real Media can be a real pain to convert to other formats, which is why I try to avoid .rm whenever possible.
