I would like to get rid of the commercials from H264 TS file. I don't want to do any re-encoding.
I've tried a few softwares listed at videohelp.com such as Project X, h264 cutter, videoredo.
They either couldn't open the file, or the files were out of sync after finished editing.
Please help. Thanks.

ProjectX and videoredo doesn't support h264.
I guess you mean h264tscutter when you say h264 cutter? Do you get sync problems using it?
You can also try latest avidemux.
