    I have various single Rar files. noo pars

    MacPar Delux wont un rar them but Im told they are complete.

    isnt there another program or two on the Mac that I might try?

    UnRarX, The Unarchiver, StuffIt Expander, SimplyRAR, Gumby, BetterZip, 7zX, and no doubt a few more. Find them through VersionTracker or MacUpdate.

    I have to agree with Case rotus.
    A simple right click (option click) on
    .r00
    or
    .r01
    and opening it with MacPar Deluxe should have made it attempt an
    Unrar Archive command.
