I have installed Adobe Premiere Elements 4 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 and Premiere is running without problems. But when I have been usin Photoshop for a while and have closed it, and then want to start it again, the program does not open. I have to restart the computer to open the program again. But if I have closed the program using the control panel (ctrl+Alt+Delete), the program can be opened again without restarting the computer. A friend of mine tells me that the reasing why I cannot reopen the program (without restarting the computer) probably is that Photohop is "running in the background" after I have closed it in the normal way.
Can this problem be fixed?
