    let me get this straight, it seems like
    powerDVD only let you change the region like 4-5 times then
    you get locked in to the region you last used

    for example right now I'm lock at using region 3 code
    any way to get around this?

    i thiought the drive it self had the restrictions. Try DVDGenie.

    Every DVD Software Player (and Windows itself) locks up after 5 min of region changes, and gets locked on the last region you played, use a program like DVD Genie to enable you to play without getting your region locked.
