After using Subtitle Workshop for about 3 years, I just found out that it has a CLI, which makes me extremely happy. So happy, that I am going to write an application for it.
However, I am confused about one thing.
I have an MKV file that has an fps of 25.689.
In the Subtitle Workshop Gui, it does not allow you to input or output a frame rate like this when doing Batch Conversions.
However, it seems to let you input a frame rate such as 25.689 in via the CLI as I just did it. Is this correct or is Subtitle Workshop doing some type of rounding because this is an invalid frame rate?
