Creating Dual Layer DVD with Gui for DVDAuthor

I am trying to put two titles on a dual layer dvd using GFD and Imgburn to set the layer break between the titles. It works fine when using PowerDVD to play the disk version, but when I burn a DVD -R DL disk (Bulkpaq) I cannot access the second title. Any suggestions please?

umm... never use bulkpaq, in fact never use anything be verbatim +r dl. nothing else comes close and most others are so bad they won't play in anything but the drive that burned them(if even that).

As aedipuss mentioned, if it works for single layer dvds and not for dual layer dvds (i.e. if imgburn is used), it is nearly always a problem of media and not software.
