Mencoder error while using GOTsent

i wanted to convert a MKV file and i added subtitles and then its automaticlly checked the MPEG-2 box.
(the mpeg -2 is hurt the quality of the movie ? )

and about 5 min while converted i saw an error cme up .. mencoder error

Try move your gotsent installation to a different folder like c:\gotsent and run it and see if it make any difference.

You can also try MKVBoxer and XenonMKV.

when i use xenonMKV in the finish in the outpot folder i see a lot of files
H264 (1g) , split001(1g-movie) , split002(1g-movie) , output (2g-movie)

how can i see it on xbox /? i mean what is the movie ?
i'm using streaming with WMP11.
i need to rip all the file maybe ? if yes how
