    Hello


    I have a movie that is 3h long and i whant to make it in to VCD. What settings should i use to make the movie in 2 cds and not 3 with out loosing so mush of the qualitet.

    cant be done.

    if you want to make an XVCD you can get the whole movie on 2 CD's but not with a standard compliant VCD.

    there is a great site that explaing how to do all this at www.vcdhelp.com (yeah its a website not just a forum) and if you look in their guides you can find one for converting to XVCD as well bitrate calculators to figure the correct bitrate.
