I've tried 2 different Dazzle2's and 3 different PCs. It will not work with an Athlon VIA (ME or 2k). It will not work with a Compaq P2-350 (98SE). It will not work with my current P3-933 dual (XP Pro).
By "not work", I mean that I have constant sync problems, "device not recognized" errors, and BSOD crashes.
And if you plan on capturing VHS, you need a TBC for in-sync caps.
If anyone has a system configuration that will work with the DVC2, please post. -
Windows 98 SE
Pentium 3 - 733
256 megs ram
40 gb main
80 gb storage drive
Windows ME
Pentium 4 1.2 Ghz
512 megs Ram
60 Gb main
100 GB storage
Windows XP
Pentium 4 1.7 Ghz
1 GB Ram
60 GB Main
80 GB Storage
And it says right on the packaging, that it wont work with Ahtlons (or any AMD chipset) including Durons.
