    Sorry if the title offends..

I have converted a NTSC film to 24 frames by using Avsynth to remove the repeated frames...

How do the experts work the avs script at this point? To use something like sony vegas I use Virtual Dub to build a full avi file and worked this file with Vegas...

Would the experts bypass this method and work with Procoder or CCE to get a file suitable for DVD authoring..

The end result is a 25 fps mpg file and a worked audio file to suit...

Any expert advice would be appreciated at this time...

    Thanks in advance..

Depends on what you're trying to do.

It depends. What did you go into Vegas for?

If you are simply using Vegas to encode, and not actually doing any editing or filtering, then I would skip it. I would encode at 24 fps using a standalone encoder (probably HCEnc), then apply pulldown to take the 24 fps to 25 fps for PAL playback, then author.
