Can someone point me in the right direction, as to how to setup Dr. DivX to output readable subs?
The ones it currently outputs are a big, fuzzy, white font that is difficult to read. I am inputting VOB
files ripped from DVD.
Is a plug-in needed? If so, which one and how is it setup?
Thanks in advance.

DVD/VOB subtitles are images so it's not that simple to make them look nicer. It should be possible to resize them but I don't know any tool that does it. If you want a new font you have to convert the subs to text using OCR using for example subrip or dvdsubedit.
