    At least the police department is real, as opposed to some magical web site that finds things. Try typing "Where did I put my car keys?" into Google :P

    I don't know the exact details but I'm sure there is something in the UK where you can 'tag' your stuff and if it's ever recovered then you can reclaim it but I think you have to register it first

    I registered my head ages ago before I lost it but it's yet to turn up!
