I just ran a complete system scan with Sunbelt Counterspy and it detected a Backdoor file in C:\Windows\System32 called "pmjp.dll". I chose to have Counterspy delete it instead of quarantine, but now I want to make sure it was not a flase positive that might have hurt Windows by deleting it. Anyone heard of this dll? I tried googling but couldn't find anything. This is the result:
Backdoor.Win32.Padodor.gen (v) Backdoor
Status: Deleted
Files detected
C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmjp.dll

On a quick look around, here's one other with a similar issue

I would strongly suggest you have your os cd available to carry out a system file repair, just in case
This nasty may be hiding others which will not be shown via regular scans
Prior to doing anything, disable system restore, or these could return later -
