There is a video at:

and I used WM Recorder 11.2 to try to record it, but the software doesn't work for this video. However, with info I got on this site (thank you very much) I used the free software Orbit and was able to record the video with no problem. But I am curious why WM Recorder can't record these Yahoo videos.

Actually, Orbit doesn't "record". It downloads the file directly.
As to your question, it likely doesn't support that file type (or version of that file type), or most likely it can't follow the redirect system used at that site.Google is your Friend
