    I have Tried EVERY program and not one has been able to open this file. I am trying to burn this file/ DVd to a dvd and it is to big so i need a program to edit it and cut it in half mayb? Help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  2. VLC can usually play back videos in ISO format

    You can use DVD shrink or DVDFab to shink it to single layer DVD, or leave it as is and burn it to a dual layer DVD. If it's copy protected, then DVD shrink might not work.

    That doesn't appear to be a file from a DVD you own. If it is, PM me. Until then, it's locked and you might want to read our rules before posting or just buy the DVD.
