Is my projector capable of displaying High Definition movies in HD?
I have a Sharp XR-10S
Here is a link to all it's specs?

IF yes, what connection cable do I need to use?

Your projector's native resolution is 800x600. It will look a little better than SD. Note that broadcast HD TV is either 1280x720 or 1920x1080.
You'll probably use the component input (I didn't see HDMI listed) -- but what are you going to feed it with? Blu-ray player? HD cable box? HD satellite box? PC? Upscaling DVD player? -
I was going to use the VGA cables from my PC to watch downloaded Blu-Ray videos.
Is this possible? -
It appears to support VGA input so you should be able to do that. But as I mentioned, the video will be downscaled from 1920x1080 to 800x600 so it won't look much better than standard definition. Does your computer have the horsepower to handle HD video?
