How do i pad video files using wmm?

hi everybody, i'm new to the new way of uploading better quality vids to youtube, so i'm asking that someone, preferrably 45tripp, to please tell me how to do so. i'm trying to do the duration cheat again, and since 45tripp was the one who said it could be done using this method, i'd like to know how to do it but using software i understand, cause avisynth is too advanced for me right now, plus it doesn't open anyway. So please, any body who can help please post it here. thanks a lot.
