    hey guys,
    i'm a newbie from this site. so, how are u guys doing?
    i've got some .rmvb movie files. when i viewed them in my computer, it works perfectly! but, when i burn them on a dvd disc by winavi video converter, the picture is good but no sound at all. could anyone tell me what i've done wrong, please?

  2. Check the DVD video files (i.e. the VOB files authored by winavi) for sound. If these have sound, the error is something later in your workflow, like a bad disc, bad burn, or maybe hardware problem

    If the VOB's have no sound, then the error is probably with winavi, and you could try convertxtodvd which is easy to use

    ConvertXoDVD is a lot more reliable than WinAVI, doesn't require you to install codec packs to get it working, and is supported by reputable people. WinAVI is second rate, sold by rip-off merchants, and has no company support. In fact, they refer people here for help, where, for the most part, we tell them to use something else.
