    What is the best program to create video files to later place on a DVD for recruitment videos from an athlete to a college coach. Video will be game clips from a DVD or a dv camera to be made into one DVD.

    This just looks like a file converter, I need to strip plays from several game dvd's and put them back together as one DVD. Is this stil the best choice?

    Tmpgenc DVD AUthor 3, you can import dvds and do basic editing and then make a new DVD.
