I have several movies that I can decrypt with the fine tools you have availible in your tools section and for that I thank you. The problem is that the movies are in VOB format and I need to shrink them in size considerably (to about 1.5 gig apiece). I can easily rip and shrink the movie with DVD Shrink. Problem is I want a menu for each individual movie and TMPGENC DVD Author 1.6 does that for me. When I try to move the videos DVD Shrink gave me to TMPGENC DVD Author, it throws an error "bitrate is too high 10248kbps, the maximum is 10000 kbps (approx)".
How can DVD Shrink compress the video and keep a bitrate of 9800 kbps (audio is 448 kbps)? I even took those compressed movies and shrank them again and it still said they were at 9800 kpbs...how is this possible?
Alternatively, how can i take these complete DVD's and shrink them down to reburn them (I do not need menus, I will create my own later).
    Thank you in advance,
    Dan

You can ignore the error message in tda, see https://forum.videohelp.com/topic299704.html?highlight=10248kbps .

Thanks a million Baldrick! What I could not accomplish with 3 hours of searching you did with, I am sure, the greatest of ease. That is why YOU are the admin. Once again thank you!
